As The Empire Begins to Fall

Well the times are changing, the people are clearing their eyes and just starting to get the faintest outline of the elephant in the living room. We’ve got Rove,Cheny, Libby, Delay and Frist under investigation and monkey boy’s approval rating dropped below 40, also If you’ve seen him lately it’s east to tell he’s either doped up or he’s cracked, either way I don’t think he’s gonna be able to hold out until 2008, he’s on the verge of mental collapse. All of this makes me happy, however I still don’t see a progressive movent stepping in to offer an alternative and the pussy ass democrats are talking about moving more to the center, giving up choice and well basically selling out, oh wait they did that when they fisrt started taking corporate contributions. Well at least the common folk are getting pissed off for a change.

Rove Going Down
Well, it’s his forth time up to bat and I’m thinking he’s about to strike out. I heard this weekend that Karl claimed he would resign or take a leave of absence if indicted.
Now that’s the best news I’ve heard in the seven years.

Cheny Going Down Too
Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- A special counsel is focusing on whether Vice President Dick Cheney played a role in leaking a covert CIA agent's name, according to people familiar with the probe that already threatens top White House aides Karl Rove and Lewis Libby.

National Clandestine Service

The Forth Estate
It now seems that Miller functioned with more accountability to U.S. military intelligence officials than to New York Times editors. Most of the way through her article , Miller slipped in this sentence, "During the Iraq war, the Pentagon had given me clearance to see secret information as part of my assignment ‘embedded’ with a special military unit hunting for unconventional weapons.” And, according to the same article, she ultimately told the grand jury that during a July 8, 2003, meeting with the vice president’s chief of staff, Lewis Libby, “I might have expressed frustration to Mr. Libby that I was not permitted to discuss with editors some of the more sensitive information about Iraq."
